Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website www.petroleamalta.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). The Site is operated by Aqubix Web and Software Solutions and managed by Petrolea Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site.
By opening or using this Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting, viewing, browsing or storing content from the Site for personal use or otherwise utilising the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set out herein.
Access to and use of the Site, including the display of products, communication with the Company and the ability to store information on products, are activities conducted by our users exclusively for personal purposes.
This Site provides general information about the Company’s products and services offered. Also the Site allows the user to create a profile where they could generate gift lists. By creating an account the user accepts to receive any marketing material produced by the Company in the form of mail & e-mail. By providing their phone details and e-mail address the user also accepts and agrees to be contacted through e-mail and telephone as a means of communication.
All prices shown on the website are shown in Euro (€) and are all inclusive of VAT. Prices shown on the Site are in accordance with the prices given at the shop in Valley Road, Msida. Although one is not able to purchase directly through the Site one can still contact the Company and make their order directly through our Contact Us page.
The Company reserves the right to change prices when is required and is not obliged to inform the user of the Site or clients who have made an inquiry with any changes in prices. Customers should be attentive for any price changes.
The Company gets pride in offering the best service to their customers and does so by offering a personal service and provide free delivery services at the earliest possible around all Malta & Gozo.Delivery in Malta, will occur within 3-5 business days after receiving the order or on a date selected by the customer. For Gozo residents delivery will be held between 5-7 business days. Should the item be unavailable due to the item being out of stock, the customer is advised immediately and given an estimate date of delivery.

One may cancel their order, at any time, before they are contacted by the Company, with the confirmation of a delivery date. Cancellations are to be sent by e-mail to [email protected] or by phoning +356 21234501 during office hours.
Where the goods are already delivered to the customer but are not to their liking, the customer may return their purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods and are given a replacement or a full refund, if, receipt is presented confirming purchase date and price and if the product is in its original packaging and in mint condition.
Goods purchased will be checked by the customer together with the Company’s delivery person, but where a fault is found after delivery or upon operation, customers should contact the Company immediately upon noticing the fault, The claim will be addressed accordingly and are given either a replacement or full refund, if item is not available in stock.
When accessing the Site the user will be the person responsible for the use of it and for the contents downloaded by them. The Company cannot be held responsible for the use not compliant with the laws in force. Also, the user will be responsible for the communication of incorrect and false data or incorrect information related to third party users without the latter giving consent.
The user is solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of their login details including usernames and passwords, used to access the Company’s Site and the Company will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise as a result of incorrect use or loss of such data.
Users are only allowed to download content from the Site for their own personal use and not for any other commercial purposes. The user shall not adapt or modify the content of the Site for any whatever reason without the permission of the Company. All ‘Intellectual Property Rights’, meaning patents, rights, copyrights, designs, trademarks and similar rights are owned or controlled by the Company.
Any violations of these Terms & Conditions or any other policies of the Company entitle the Company to pursue legal and equitable remedies against the user.
